What a journey it’s been for IN BETWEEN, our upcoming animated series for tweens!

Just one year ago, our international adventure began in Helsinki, where we took part in pitch training with the wonderful Nancy Denney-Phelps. It was the beginning of an exciting journey filled with creative development, new connections and opportunities to introduce our project to the international animation community.

Since then, IN BETWEEN has received development support from both the Danish Writers Guild (DVF) and the Danish Film Institute (DFI), helping us take important steps towards bringing the series to life.

Along the way, we’ve had the opportunity to pitch the project at M and Young Horizons Industry in Warsaw, sharing our vision with fellow professionals and receiving valuable feedback. A special thank you to Annette Brejner and the entire Young Horizons team for their support and encouragement.

One of the highlights was receiving an award at Young Horizons that secured our participation in the CEE Animation Forum 2026 — a dream opportunity for the project and the creative team behind it!

Now, a year after our journey began, we’re heading to CEE Animation Workshop 2025 in Plzeň, ready to sharpen our pitch, develop our ideas further and prepare for next year’s forum.

IN BETWEEN is a project we’re incredibly passionate about, and we’re fortunate to be developing it alongside such a talented and dedicated creative team.
