Greenland. Small village. After the death of her father, Inna and her mother are drifting apart. Inna has become isolated: “I’m stronger on my own.” But when alone she has no one to comfort her, no one to mend her wounds and help her move on. Inna’s mother introduces Inna to her new boyfriend Christian, the new local doctor. Inna does her very best to ruin their relationship, but Christian seems to understand Inna.

Just when Inna starts to open up to Christian, it turns out Christian is only using Inna’s mother to get hold of valuable information tucked away in the late father’s workshop. More determined than ever, Inna gathers her new odd friends and sets out on a quest to save her village.

With the help of her grandmother’s animal Totems, Inna will learn to accept her feelings and see them as strengths.
